Get the 2008 Exhibitors' Prospectus
and Contract. Complete the exhibit contract and return all
copies with your deposit of $800 per 10’ x 10’ space

your MasterCard, VISA or Discover. Your signed contract must
be faxed to 703-860-0353 the same day your space is reserved.
The balance of the exhibit rental is due January 15, 2008. ITEA
reserves the right to cancel or reassign any space that is not
paid in full by this date.

An exhibitor manual, containing service order forms, show hours,
shipping information, furnishings and additional services, will
be mailed in January to each confirmed exhibitor by ITEA’s

Cancellation of Exhibit Space
Cancellations postmarked by January 15, 2008 will result in
the forfeiture of 50% of the full booth price. For cancellations
made after January 15, 2008, ITEA reserves the right to retain
the full booth price, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages
and to re-sell or re-assign the booth space. Full payment is
due by January 15, 2008.
