Get the 2010 Exhibitors' Prospectus and Contract. Complete the exhibit contract and return all copies with your deposit of $900 per 10’ x 10’ space to:

Or call (703) 860-5028 to reserve your exhibit space by using your MasterCard, VISA or Discover. Your signed contract must be faxed to 703-860-0353 the same day your space is reserved. ITEA reserves the right to cancel or reassign any space that is not paid in ful. BOOTH SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE.

Meeting Space

Exhibiting companies requiring meeting space at the convention center or hotels for press conferences, training sessions, or company meetings, should submit requests by October 31, 2009 to:

Cancellation of Exhibit Space

Cancellations postmarked by January 15, 2010 will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the full booth price. For cancellations made after January 15, 2010, ITEA reserves the right to retain the full booth price, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages and to re-sell or re-assign the booth space.
