Center Workshops
The Center offers quality, standards-based teacher
workshops run by national presenters. Workshops provide training
for up to 50 teachers at requested sites. Workshop fee covers
presenter, hands-on training materials, and publications.

Children's
Engineering is a new CATTS workshop for elementary
teachers and principals, jointly sponsored by ITEEA and
the National Association for Elementary School Principals
(NAESP). This one-day workshop features project-based
learning approaches using technology as the context. The
first workshop was held at the NAESP Principal Academy
in the Washington DC area in July 2000. Other workshops
will be offered by request.

Creating a Dynamic Technology
Education Program workshop
helps secondary technology teachers prepare to implement
standards and develop long range plans for enhancing their
technology programs. This one-day workshop is designed
to actively engage teachers in program improvement. Workshop
is available as a Post-Conference workshop at the ITEEA
Conference 2001 and at local sites upon request.
