Kendall N. Starkweather has been committed to teaching and learning about technology, innovation, design, and engineering since the beginning of his career as a graduate assistant, high school teacher, and university professor of technological literacy. His main area of teaching interest relates to how students learn when they are making, doing, creating, and designing in an open ended learning process. He is also interested in following research about “the need to achieve” as it relates to individuals, larger organizations, and countries.
Kendall’s occupation in the association world has allowed him to study organizations as they seek to accomplish goals and missions. He is a student of how Boards work, structures of organizations, and positioning of initiatives for success.
