Kendall N. Starkweather has been committed to teaching and learning about technology, innovation, design, and engineering since the beginning of his career as a graduate assistant, high school teacher, and university professor of technological literacy. He is also interested in following research about “the need to achieve” as it relates to individuals, larger organizations, and countries.
