Welcome to the International
Technology Education Association (ITEA). The ITEA is the world’s
leading professional association serving Technology, Innovation, Design
and Engineering Educators. From the United States to China, Chile to Finland,
ITEA has members in over 40 countries. Our organization offers a variety
of membership opportunities for individuals, institutions and business.
ITEA provides professional development, advocacy and education support
to our members and other professional organizations that seek technological
literacy of all citizens. Our electronic “virtual” learning
communities, publications, newsletters and annual conference are just
a few of the channels we use to deliver critical information and resources
across the globe.
Curriculum developed by ITEA’s Center to Advance the Teaching of
Technology and Science (CATTS) provides educators with a standards
based approach to teacher instruction and student performance.
