Welcome to the International Technology Education Association (ITEA). The members of ITEA are dedicated to providing their students with the technological literacy skills needed to live and prosper in the 21st Century. As the world flattens due to global competition, technology literacy has become an educational staple.

ITEA is comprised of teachers, teacher-educators, supervisors, administrators, and individuals interested in advancing the goals of Technology Education. Members of ITEA reside in over 40 countries.

Membership in ITEA provides educators with access to professional development opportunities, standards based curricula, contemporary research, professional publications and journals, and advocacy information. Members in ITEA regularly exchange ideas and information at conferences, in virtual forums, and in learning communities. Additionally, membership in ITEA provides a venue to recognize teacher and program excellence.

Current members of ITEA are encouraged to take full advantage of the services contained on this website. Technology educators interested in promoting the benefits of Technology Education are welcome to join ITEA.
